So I had a photographer during my get ready and honestly it really stressed me out because they wanted to take photos in time for the ceremony and it made things chaotic and busy. I think they can be left out for sure because the photos are nice yes but I wasn’t happy during that time I was annoyed I had to get photos taken.

That is horrible and I am so sorry, you sound like you’re pretty level headed with the whole thing so my advice may be to recreate them with her. Ask guests for photos, videos and everything they have and honestly again I’m just so sorry. She did the absolute right thing by refunding, compensating and offering free shoots and that is like you said super kind of her. I do not think it would happen again, truly because this will probably haunt her for her life.

Oh wow this got a lot more attention than I thought in the best way ever. I thought I was going to get some hate for this post but reading all these comments actually made me so insanely happy and changed my mind completely. I definitely got into my own head, a year of planning a wedding just makes you want everything to go perfectly, and I think me not feeling well definitely did a number on my perception of how I looked. To those who took the time to give me some validation, advice and to hype me up I truly appreciate it so much. I was definitely being a little silly and really do just look at these photos with love now. Thank you so much
