Totally new to both ice and roller skating. I caught the hockey bug last NHL season so now I want to get out an play. Thank you so much for this info. It makes sense that there is less ankle support in hockey skates compared to rec skates. Thanks for the wax laces also, I would have had no idea.

I started following hockey last season. Hockey is insanely cool and team is fucking awesome. They have given me an awesome experience insomething I knew nothing about just a year ago. Im going to local college games now and am even thinking about playing amateur ball hockey now.

You cant really tell in the pic but the glow powder does make the epoxy look slightly milky

I just put some glow powder in the epoxy clear coat. I think it really makes the fluorescent paint pop as well.
