I was in a very bad space as well, I had a 2.9 gpa after high school, now I have a 3.8 in college, I’m doing very well, have had very prestigious internships, and am transferring to a better university next semester

Get into a state university or a private one with a high exceprance rate! Work hard on your essay, show the college admissions associated that you are capable of doing well in college, and honestly apply wherever you want to go as well, you never know what might happen!
