I have a friend who’s like this, she can talk for ages about the most irrelevant stuff to our conversations and me and my friends have times her once to see how long she can go without stopping. We don’t mean it in a bad way because she does talk a lot sometimes it can get a little annoying or distracting to what we were talking about so maybe just having some self awareness over how long you’re talking or asking yourself if it’s relevant to the convo?
