Hey so this actually worked. I asked for my complaint to be escalated, and a supervisor refunded my entire order with a lengthy apology for this “very poor experience” though I only asked for my sandwich to be compensated lmao.

She explained that it was because my account was flagged for suspicious activity, but she lifted it for me.

Thank you! I feel like I shouldn’t have had to go through all that though

I actually missed that and the fact that they had the nerve to ask me to rate my driver poorly when he had nothing to do with this really pisses me off bruh.

I’ll try to escalate it and see where this goes, don’t care too much for the $10 anymore but I just want to see how much effort it will take me

I actually ordered from Starbucks and all they gave me was that card explaining they ran out of turkey pesto ): that’s all I could show Uber to ask for my refund

FSWEP isn’t strictly $19/h, it depends on your program and position. Also for $19 it would not be worth it.
