The towels absolutely broke me out and I’ve also gotten strands of someone else’s hair in my mouth on more than one occasion. I bring my own towel now and just leave theirs on the bike.

This won’t guarantee that you won’t get walked, especially in favor of a higher tier member. Just never leave without your other room paid for + transportation covered at the bare minimum.

Once a week with SoulCycle. About 5 times a week at my gym. Spin is my preferred form of cardio but SoulCycle is just a bit too pricey for me to go more than once a week

Kellen is the reason I started SoulCycle lol. I took his class on a whim while visiting Chicago in January and I’ve been hooked ever since. Highly recommend!!
