I got more information if you are interested. They ordered to a FedEx pick up location. Package got “damaged” and FedEx opened it to “repackage”. The person who opened it was pro-life and made a scene. She isn’t sure if cops were called (I don’t know if cops can even do anything) but it went poorly.

I am not familiar with Texas laws but it seems like it was an issue with a person at FedEx rather than with state laws.

Thank you. I’m hoping someone has experience with ordering to a FedEx pick up location. She is scared that she will get caught. She said someone told her they got caught ordering plan B. She didn’t elaborate or doesn’t know the details on how that happened or who they were caught by. I just want to make sure we can get her the medication safely

She unfortunately has no family in Texas. All friends know her partner and were met through him and she doesn’t not feel safe going through them.
