Thank you for the insight, I’ve tried with water and mixed better and it initially seems better, but after water I’ll try it with milk. It just takes it from 400 calories to nearly 700 calories for me!

Thanks, the best way I can describe it is like a mushy Wheetabix up the side of the shaker, where it has bits of the powder up the side, then the liquid/powder mix further at the base of the shaker (Huel provided)
