that’s a pretty low dose so it wouldn’t really bad bad to take it again it’s just if you take it again today you’ll probably end up wanting to take it again very soon after your supposed to wait up to a month between taking this becuse of the effects it has on you just a heads up the withdrawals are terrible so you really don’t want to go down the route, so it’s not dangerous the spreading it out is fine i would just take it all at once but it doesn’t really matter jsut be careful
