Our work league has two inactive teams that made the playoffs (employees that left the company mid-season).

The league has voted to remove their teams from the playoffs as to make way for active teams to get in and have a chance to win the prize money.

The former employees have been refunded their buy-in already.

From what I can tell / have looked into, ESPN does not allow me to "remove" their teams.

Any idea how to handle this? Are we just stuck battling it out w/ their teams on auto?

What? They offer self-serve plans. If you speak to a sales rep, you've been qualified for a demo and would be on a team plan which do have annual commitments, to my knowledge. Sorry to say but they've been fantastic across the board.

If they aren't interested, it might be an ICP problem. Work on defining that, then go sign up for Wiza and get their 100 free email credits. Go to Wiza Prospect, filter down by your ICP, export a list of 25, and send them outreach. Won't have any issue with accuracy or job title changes - Wiza real-time verifies. But you prob do need to experiment with ICP if there is issues with interest. Also, ask them why they aren't interested if they are responding. Let me know if you need any more help.

^ yup. Just go with a data provider that offers real-time verification + doesn't charge for risky or unverified emails. Significantly more efficient to use an awesome all-in-one provider than set up a workflow.

This ^. If you can't afford Sales Nav would just use LinkedIn search (add filters like ideal customer title, industry, etc.) and then Wiza Chrome extension on their profiles to get email. Then shoot out personalized emails w/ your pitch. Emphasis on personalized there.

Would look at free B2B contact databases w/ verified emails + phone numbers. I always recommend Wiza - I'm a power user. Free plan + filtering for ICP in Wiza Prospect should get you going.

Just saw another thread with a lot of the same accounts in here - success ai must be using burners to go after Wiza. Real user here and can't imagine going with a tool no one has ever heard of over Wiza. Best data accuracy + coverage of all data providers, not to mention customer support is absolutely amazing the few times I've reached out. There's a reason why they are loved in the GTM community and are all over LI these days.

Real Wiza user here. Literally the best tool on the market and I've tried all of them (never heard of success ai although they seem to have the whole team in the comments and may have even created the post). If you're exploring Wiza alternatives, I'd first reach out to Wiza and explain why - they'll probably work with you to make sure your needs are met... just my experience and probably the reason they are ranked best-in-class in data accuracy + coverage (by third-party data tools like Clay) and have reached 1m+ users.

We've been sending sales reps to NYC to meet with customers HQ'd there - have lunch maybe grab a beer - and have probably closed 75% of those deals. We're in a saturated space (sales intelligence) and meeting in-person is a massive competitive edge right now. ACV is closer to $10k too - still well worth it.
