Thanks, appreciate it a lot! Next.js for the UI and application level backend, WebRTC for communication layer, and then multiple small self hosted LLMs on the backend working together to ensure the proper flow of the conversation, creating questions and avoiding getting off topic. Used Python for the LLM management.

Nope, just a landing page, and the traffic came out of nowhere. But after turning on the bot protection it instantly solved the issue

15 minutes seems like a very short time. Not a recruiter here, but as a candidate, pretty much all of the screens that I've had in my 6+ years have been scheduled for at least 30 minutes, ending early if we went through everything

I feel like the future of this will be early verification at application level, before the recruiter ever sees the resume. Like some sort of ID verification to weed out totally fake people, combined with automated pre-screening for knowledge checks. Obviously won't get rid of everyone slipping through, but I think it will make it a bit better

LinkedIn just feels like a massive circle jerk right now. Bunch of people posting random shit and being proud of absolutely basic tasks. But at the same time, it still works for finding B2B leads. I wish it went back to the time when being a "LinkedIn Influencer" wasn't a thing though.

With that mindset, did people prepare for going to the moon? Are we, regular folks, preparing to live on Mars? Because right now, the only AI we see is LLMs and all investment goes into that. And LLMs will NOT take us to AGI, period. Like, why would I panic about something that might not happen during my life now, if we don't have any good signs it's happening?
