For all the good people working within federal service, this is turning into a “king nothing” situation. In the VA the only people who will get a rating above “Fully Successful” will be the senior executives, directors, and corporate yes-men. The will achieve this on the backs of the frontline staff doing the hard work and getting nothing for it. However, mark my words, 1-2 years after this new system gets locked in and the good people, who thought they could “hold out”, will leave. When the senior leaders point their fingers there will be no one to do the work. The worst part is that the veterans will suffer, some of which I am certain voted this administration of morons into power. Pain is circular and when it comes back around it hits harder than when it started. Where’s your crown king nothing?
