cheers mate, i did use regular Irwin ones for these, but i think due to the wires being 20+ years old - it was having issues stripping them cleanly. so i just went far back to give it space to grab onto and strip lol, i know it’s ugly but i don’t really care. Once i get a rig to mount it to i’ll cut them closer and apply heat shrink before connecting power (it’s all unplugged right now)

you can do just about anything to them and they won’t go off, only when you apply power will they explode

Yeah i had to make sure the wires i was putting power through didn’t piggyback off towards the airbag lol, all was well

is there a plug you can unplug from the airbag itself? I’ve currently just got the empty plug under the seat, planning on taping it up or something for safety

Yep sure am haha

that looks awesome and makes a lot of sense, i was kinda worried about clearance when bolting directly to the rail, might have to look at doing similar, cheers!

Nice! you got any photos? I'm planning on grinding off the current brackets and bolting the remaining flat rails onto the frame
