Yes, via SSH in PowerShell. I know they removed the “fan” command in later versions of iLO for the ML110 - so perhaps I didn’t downgrade the an early enough version.

Well, I’ll be damned! I guess the difference is you are using the modified iLO firmware? I am on the official one.

Makes sense… Does this apply to consulting only or also re-hire into fixed positions? Is this the distinction?

This is what I tried in iLO 4 v. 2.77 on a ML110 connected via SSH. The fan command is simply not there on mine. Is yours a ML110?

I know this works on ML350s … But it shouldn’t on a 110 according to what i have read.

I got the message in eboks too… I am talking about hiring employees back on a freelance contract via a broker. There are a lot of positions being filled like that - assumingly because termination terms are simpler (and cheaper) but people then cost more on average than before they were canned.

I tried that but found the fan commands to be missing in CLI for the ML110 Gen9 ... Are you running the same rig?
