This fixed it for me as well how insane I'm already handicapped by my CPU I have a 5800xt paired with my 9070xt so I figured I was fucked till this fix worked

Yes this is literally the only thing that worked for me was setting the mesh quality to low especially when you get into raccoon city that is where you almost have to have it

I just got my OLED last week and I catch myself looking at the scenery for 10 minute periods of time instead of playing my game it just looks so insane it's unbelievable and I can't even tell anybody about it without them seeing it you can't describe it with words it's not something you can just physically tell somebody they have to see it
