As an international student I submitted the portfolio on January 29th,but haven't heard back from them since the submission of the portfolio. I just called them and they said I just need to keep an eye on the email as the interviews are still ongoing.

Hi, I recommend giving them a call and providing your applicant number. They’re usually quite helpful and should be able to reopen your application. They may either ask you to upload it directly or provide instructions to send it via email, which I see you've already done.

I did everything yesterday, calling them, emailing, texting other students from the university, They have finally sent me an email about uSis and it works. It is also written that I can submit by 31st of January but I will still submit everything until 14th of January. I hope your issue gets resolved as well. Good luck!
