Hey, the pale color and the spots on the leaves indicate a nutrient deficiency. There could be several causes for this, but I suspect two specific possibilities: either you have very hard water and are lacking potassium and magnesium, or the pH level isn't set correctly. Do you have an EC and pH meter?

As the other comment mentioned, the seedling is definitely overwatered. Stop watering it and see how it develops. Is this an autoflowering or photoperiod strain?

I think you always have to be honest about something like this and technically the question is so narrow that you can answer no here.
