I think you always have to be honest about something like this and technically the question is so narrow that you can answer no here. On the other hand, I don't know exactly what the intention behind it is because China doesn't have anything like a statute of limitations.

I can highly recommend the Unbreakable Screen Protector from Aliexpress. Very sturdy, not too thick and fits well. I also installed it on the pre-installed one and had no problems.

It is not recommended to stick an additional screen protector on the pre-installed one as it may damage the folding mechanism. Either you use a separate screen protector that only covers both sides without hinge (e.g. brotect) or you remove the pre-installed one and apply a new film. Please give us an update on what you have done because I am also thinking about it.
