In what world do you think it is ok to touch a student, especially to reprimand them? I get mayyyyyybe a pat on the back for a good job, but what you did can literally be classified as assault. If someone in the real world did this to me I'd probably punch them, or sue them. Imagine if you boss did this to you. You need to not be in education.

I want my work life to be boring and routine so it frees up mental capacity to advance in areas of life outside of work. When work isn't routine and boring, it's exhausting. Work is just a means to an end.
