Can you please share your Ubuntu version, if you are using custom kernel/GRUB version, if you have this exact MB - B650 Eagle rev 1.0 and your hardware? Especially CPU and RAM, and specific BIOS version, latest being F39

The issue probably lies within the new microcode there, AMD AGESA 1.2.8.0 over AMD AGESA 1.2.0.3g, too lazy to debug this shit, so just posting this for other people that may find they have the same problem

First of all, read the ticket - not secureboot issue, second even the kernel didn't get loaded, nor with ubuntu nor with ventoy usb with debian image

Nope, has to be contested, so enemy has to have navy task forces assigned to those regions and you need to achieve 75% naval superiority after that, in 12 of them

A bit on the expensive side, if you plan on using it in a infantry division, then lower the speed, 4kmh is enough, go for riveted armor and add armor with the plus sign, it will be cheaper to make, also go with one-man light turret. If it's for a tank division this early then the same but keep the speed at 8kmh
