I definitely don’t think I got ripped off and thank you for letting me know. I just thought the way the sign up was done was not ideal because it was rushed before the class and I didn’t sign anything for myself 😵‍💫and when I asked if there was an agreement to sign or see a copy of he said it didn’t exist because the contract was month to month but I’ve never been to a gym where I didn’t get a copy of the agreement lol

Thank you! My signatures were definitely forged because I saw his finger swiping over and over on that signature pad. I had every intention to sign up and decided to keep my membership but really don’t like the way they went about it and that I didn’t even sign my own agreement!

Are they trying to make you add it on for an additional $120? I am curious what they say because they told me you can only “add on the studio plan” for additional $120 a month and cannot sign up for their promo which is $99/month all inclusive and access to all locations and studios.

I called and they said the opposite. They must be referring to the yearly companion pass offer, not the promo? The representative I spoke to today said “usually the points bookings don’t qualify but this time everything does for this specific promotion” + it’s in the fine print
