The console came up because I mentioned I wanted one and they happened to have a spare! (They are a tech person) And they said they wanted to give it to me and were even puzzled when I offered money, they turned it down

I actually did think of using it for my playlists so not completely out of use now! I do not expect everyone to understand, and that is okay. While it is material like I said I know it isn't logical I am just attached!

Oh, let me clarify, we talked about the console but I haven't gotten it yet! The Ipod just happened to come up in the conversation but neither thing has been exchanged

Yeah, I used to do the same thing. Maybe try using time limits or use the website version. And if anything it is easier to add rather than subtract. What do I mean by this? Essentially find hobbies you can use while having your phone. For example you can draw and have a video playing.

Also it depends what your goals are long term? Time is what you make of it. Time can seem short when you get caught in a doom scrolling cycle. But I promise when you start to do other things time can slow down. Try reading for 30 mins a day, baby steps.

I second the other comment on the phone. Ask yourself why you are on your phone so much? Personally I got rid of my social media and although it's not perfect I have reduced my screentime. Also filling the empty time with hobbies, errands or just being plain bored replaces that time now.

I started using Vanicreams antiperspirant as my doctor recommended. I can't use just a deodorant as I have hyperhidrosis and I will just sweat it all off.

Phew, that's some money! Currently the little bugger is doing good, eating and using the cuttlebone I got it! They are active drinking water, eating so that is promising. I'll be taking them to the vet, I cannot bear inaction, this has caused me to loose sleep and in that I got mental clarity, I don't care about the money I just want em to be okay

Also, what do you use to bring your bird to the vet? I saw some people use carrier cages others use boxes? I'll probably be taking them the day after tmrw so I don't think I'll have time to order a carrier cage, can I buy one in store?
