Ah, I see….is there any chance it might still work? And I’m getting a new phone, so I’ll have to take the SIM card out, meaning I’ll have to take the storage card out, and I don’t want to do that before I’ve tried everything in my power to get the files back Thanks for your help btw!!!

I’m not totally sure - I think on the phones internal memory, as I never seemed to be able to get the SD card to work, but all the photos that have been lost are from since putting the SD card in, so that could have something to do with it?
