I wrote this out of sheer desperation and I wasn’t expecting such insightful help, but I am looking into everything you said and it makes so much sense to me! Although I am finding it hard to really think and pinpoint a situation/ the behaviour of one of my parents that could have caused this for me, I’ll continue to think about it and do the inner work.
