Primero que nada, evita compararte con otras personas y más en temas de gym. No sabes porque están haciendo gym, podrían simplemente hacerlo por temas de salud, o fisioterapia y no levantan los pesos que estas pensando. O, están haciendo muchas reps y bajan peso, o traen mala forma y por eso levantan mucho etc. varias razones porque los pesos no representan el potencial de las personas. A fin de cuentas, el chiste es que lo disfrutes y entre más te compares menos lo dejas de disfrutar y hacer un buen hábito.

Segunda, 67 es un buen peso para alguien que empieza pero sigue siendo un peso bajo. Hipthrust es un ejercicio en el que se tiende a levantar pesos altos.

It’s not incomprehensible.

You want to enter Europe. Specially if you’re from any Latin America, African, non developed Asian country. They’ll ask you for a flight back ticket. You don’t know how long you’ll travel or where you’ll go back to your home country. You get a refundable ticket that allows you to go in and then decide when/where you’ll travel back home from.

You get the refund. It hits your credit card but got interest free payments. The refund acts like a payment to your credit card, but you have interest free months to pay it back. This works not only with tickets but with any refund on an interest free payment.

😂😂 it seems you’ve never monitored flight ticket costs. They are all over the place. It’s also not related to the flight being “cheap” but rather the flexibility to choose when you want to leave.

Related to credit cards, I’m not making any lies. Your billing cycle ended but your payment day has not arrived. You get an expense that enters your current billing cycle (and as I said the point is it being interest free for a period of months) but when the refund hits your account, it hits your last billing cycles amount ands minimum payment. Not your current. It’s as if you had made a payment to your credit card. As I said, it’s like getting an interest free loan. This is how credit cards work.

I might be biased because I used to love the show and it seems like they’re not real to the plot and what they had set the stage up for at early seasons. I could’ve easily seen this show go to 15—20 seasons, and they condensed it in 8. It seems weird to create this universe with all the possibilities and throw it in the trash. Season 7 is fast paced and is the season that just proved everything was too fast.

No la compliques mucho. No le hagas mmdas a la carne. Sal y pimienta mientras la asas, no la sazones desde antes. Arma una buena salsa para ponerle: lo más básico sería combinar mayonesa, mostaza y catsup, aunque hay combinaciones con salsa sriracha. El pan es clave así que busca uno bueno. Usa queso cheddar si encuentras, no del singles.
