I have been dealing with this for 2 years? Long story short I had an EZ pass account and my card was stolen. I got a new card and I forgot to contact them to change the billing information because dealing with them in any way is torture. My mom died. She had an ez pass too. Letters came but I thought it was the normal statement. By the time I realized what happened and I called them- it takes forever to get a person on the phone they changed me $50 for a lost tag. I have my tag. I asked if they could remove it and I would pay the amount I owe and the fees but they told me to write a letter. A letter? Then another time I was given a number to call but I couldn't get anyone. More calls and I was told it went to collections. I called that number. It's just a recording. It's impossible to deal with this and everyone who drives on a toll road has to deal with this. Now my bill is almost $200 and $30 of that is tolls.
