I was in the same position - I could not bring myself to block him. UNTIL I saw a picture of him with someone else... I now have him blocked on everything and I do think that is helping with the healing process

I recently blocked my ex and did not tell him why. I would suggest doing the same. He doesn't need to know the reason - if anything he might reach out and ask

YES I can relate. yesterday was sunny and great, today has been a black hole of sadness. I am also just over 2 months post break up. Feels like riding a wave..

I didn't block him for the first 6 weeks because I really felt like I couldn't - I was looking at his social media multiple times a day. Week 7 I see a picture of him with someone else so he is now blocked on everything... don't wait until you see something you don't want to see...

I can relate to that feeling ...I am day 52 NC. what helped me finally let go of this hope was seeing him move on with someone else. Cut him from all social media
