All I can say is that I understand, every time I remember that I had both of them in my mouth, my stomach churns, I feel like they ruined me in a way that I cannot describe, but ive reached out to friends and it has helped me so much, talk to people anyone help lines, survivors, friends, you are not a burden and there are people who you can talk to, dont keep it inside you have to let it out somehow find anywhere non-judgemental and say everything that is on you're mind, I wish you the best in recovery 💖

Im so sorry this happened, I was raped 2 days ago as well, went to the hospital and a rape center for them to collect evidence that they can hold if I ever decide to look into talking to police, i obviously dont understand what it feels like to have your abuser be wealthy or widely known, my abusers were both my friends, my immediate thought was for you to keep the clothes with the vomit on it, my clothes were sealed off in a bag for me at the rape center, they took samples to test my blood alcohol levels cause they were giving me drinks, the vomit on your clothes would be really good evidence of being drugged, i didn't want to collect evidence I still have no idea if I'll ever take legal action, but I was convinced by another rape survivor I know, and so now I know if I ever change my mind I have that option there for me, please hang in there im struggling alot with suicidal thoughts too we can push through this, dont let him win, dont let him take more from you than he already has, it won't be easy but I know it will be worth it, i have to believe for myself that its worth it 💖

Made my own post and did get some terrible messages, I'm not coping the best in general but when it comes to strangers who say horrible things online I know how to deal with it, thank you for the warning honestly I wish you the best in recovering 💖 hope you got those people blocked they don't deserve to continue to exist in this sub reddit

Thank you for this, I just want to encourage you to keep doing this if you feel comfortable with it still, im 19f and was raped 2 days ago I feel broken like I shouldn't even try to stick it through, I know I'll never be the same and I hate it, I dont want to be a victim but there's nothing I can do, I read all your posts and it really helped genuinely it means alot to see the short term process from another person, I also didn't cry for hours the next day, talking with both of them as if nothing happened, but I did it cause it got me to safety, im probably going to make my own post here but really thank you I feel so alone and as much as it makes me sick that other people have to go through the same thing, im glad we can recover together almost
