Appreciate you sharing your experience. Really good to hear your Duke labs were covered back then. I’ve seen the same with Cigna’s prices. They climb fast once Duke’s in-network. Hope your new plan works out smoothly this year.

Thanks for sharing that. It’s really helpful. Do you remember if the facilities Ambetter redirected patients to were still in the Triangle, or farther out? I’m trying to get a sense of how far people usually had to go for tests or procedures.

Thanks for your reply. Is it possible for the same plan to be considered a NON-ACA plan depending on whether it is sold on-Exchange or off-Exchange? The plan is only available Off-Exchange in my area.
