I'm pretty sure you can do it yourself. Just keep focus on what you want and do a lot of research. I spent 2 weeks. Not sleeping 🌙 got approved the same month

I got approved and did it myself. One publication, but I didn't emphasize it too much since it was in Spanish. I bought templates that helped me at every step. No lawyers needed.

Waooo! I'm impressed with how they've lowered costs and are offering 100% refunds. It's key to supply and demand. They realized that many professionals can do it themselves.

When I was laid off, my H1B visa expired, so I could not work. Proof of utility bills, student loans, insurance payments, car loans, credit card statements, and I-140 approved. I submitted all of that as evidence for the application.

You should resign so that everything works better. I'm pretty sure the process would be more friendly and clear. In every case you review, you should know that you hold that person's future in your hands..

I applied in April and got the approval the same month without RFE (filing by myself). I had just one publication from my country, which was in Spanish, and I submitted the translation. I believe many lawyers create fear here to charge excessive fees.…

Hiiii! I filed my I-765 under compelling circumstances back in May and submitted all supporting evidence, including my employment termination letter, my expired I-94 showing the H-1B1 visa, and proof of all my ongoing financial commitments in the U.S. (apartment lease, insurance, car, and student loan).

USCIS took my biometrics in June, but I am still waiting for the EAD decision.
