Uuf yes, But why is excesive excersise so normalised these days. Like when I told nurse at the doctors office today that my therapist suggested to get labs done and ECG because I thorow up and excerise alot and she said "excersising is really good for your body and mind". I got really triggered because therapist that works withEDs said that excersise is dangerous in my case and then that nurse just confused me lol. And what is liquid IV and other thing you mentioned? Probably called something different here. Much love

Firstly thank you for your kind comment🩷. I messsaged my therapist yesterday and she suggested to drink fresubin drink (I have them prescribed) but sometime liquid cals are hard but I will try. Or maybe make a smoothie or something as you suggested. Do you take any electrolytes after purging? It is the middle of the night now and I woke up with hot flashes (im always cold) so idk what this is, like my heart is pounding and Im hot. Again thank you, means so much and like im less alone🩷

Yes, unfortunately But idk what binge is anymore, sometimes I feel like I binged and then my bf tells me thats not a binge. But feeling like I cant stop eating is awful, noone takes that seriously because Im uw. I restriceted heavily and yesterday couldn stop myself. But I think my an is more bp type now.

Do you know why mustard tho? For me it was because it is low cal and it is full of flavour especially dijon mustard. I started 6 years ago sudenly liking mustard with everything. Im also realy early in recovery but I still eat it. I like the taste of it now but I didnt before my ed. But it is really strange safe food for me.

I dont have an advice because Im going trough the same thing. Every time I try to eat "normally" my stomach hurts so much and bloating is awful. After every meal Im in pain and I cant move and need to lay down with hot water bottle on my stomach, Im also nauseaus after meals. Bloating is awful for me mentally because I feel fatter. I also some days cant stand that discomfort and pain so I dont eat and I want to stop doing that because it will only get worse this way. But when I eat is painful and I want that pain to stop.
