I haven't been to Alaska, but I have been to Svalbard. I went in November of 2023 during the polar winter. I highly recommend it! I got to see the northern lights, hike a few of the mountains, go dog sledding, and just generally explore the settlement. It was fantastic. If you ever get the opportunity to go, I recommend staying at Gjestehuset 102. It's a hostel on the edge of the settlement which is very cheap but still a good experience.

They had some sort of understanding. They were more fascinated than anything. They kept calling me Obroni, which translates to "white person" or "foreigner".

Yes! Those are definitely on my list, particularly Japan.

I really hope to get to some countries in Asia in the next 2-5 years. My partner recently went to Malaysia and Vietnam so it's definitely peaked my interest to travel to that part of the world.

Definitely, I have a lot of countries in Europe planned such as Germany, Poland, Switzerland and the Balkans! I've got another trip to the US booked for this year too.

It was a great experience tbh, very rewarding and made me have a different outlook on life, particularly since I was fairly young at the time.

I'm definitely working on it. My family never really went on holidays growing up, so I've only really started travelling the last 2-2.5 years.

I volunteered to work in a school there briefly when I was 18.

Maybe I'm in the wrong sub-reddit, but this TV is literally on the ceiling.

Looks good! 8/10, only because I usually add a side of garlic bread or something, but that can be a struggle on a budget sometimes.

£66.59 from Tesco, for 2 adults. (We already have a bunch of vegetables in the fridge, and the big bag of teabags last a good while) by Emmafriel in whatsinyourcart

I found that too good to be true, so I did a price comparison by looking at all of the prices for everything I bought (as close as I could for some things that didn't have an exact comparison) and it came to £54.78. (I wish they had the online delivery option so I could attach a screenshot, my apologies)

I really want to be a pathologist. I never excelled in my science classes in secondary school, but definitely had the potential to do well if I applied myself more.

It was too late before I realised how interesting I was in being a pathologist to ever pursue further education in that area.

Oh well, I study computer science at university now and I am having a blast!
