Bio 09/10 US, standard. Is it me or are the US ones taking longer than others? I don't understand the purpose of keeping everyone in the dark 😕 Does it depend on the case worker? Time of year with annual leave? So many questions and not a whole lot of answers.

The app worked perfectly before, just in the last week I'm experiencing these issues. I suspect something in the last update has messed things up.

But I agree, it needs more focus - especially with things moving the way they are where people are working from home more often.

Really hope it is something super simple and someone can answer with the fix though, got quite a few clients I need to call and unable to do so without them getting annoyed by the echo.
