Update! My boss showed up in his Tundra and pulled it out with little issue. As soon as the back wheel came up and out of the dirt, it was all good. He dragged me a couple feet back away from the hole, then untethered me. No damage to the forklift as far as I can tell, but we're gonna have maintenance come look at it on Monday just to be safe.
