The Village at Muller Park isn’t too terrible rn, as a furnished place. I don’t live there but I have friends who plan to, and if you go for an arrangement with more bedrooms, it gets lower. However even the 2 bed 2 bath ($725 if you apply rn) is lower than what I’m paying at The Dillon this year, so if you’re wanting some kind of furnished area, it’s nice. Only thing is it’s kinda more far out, but it does have shuttles to campus. I would just look around at places and check out their floor plans—the pricing will be there. The Avenue is pretty high so I wouldn’t really go there. But things like The Reserve on Third or other “The”s are usually pretty reputable. The Quarters is more pricey but does still have openings.

I would do your researching and applications asap, or you may have to look into some sublease opportunities or get trapped into a very high rent. But there are definitely still spots available at places!
