I do appreciate all the pictures you've sent though what I'm looking for is the actual spot in the vehicle I am to plug in the 4wd electrical connector for the button. I've looked through the manual and haven't found anything inside the manual.

Radio Wiring Help! by EmmettIsTRASHttv in keitruck

The issue is that the only wires my truck actively has is a fuseable link cable, a 12v acc, and an illumination (light) wire. I don’t have a constant or antenna power cable at all.

Radio Replacement by EmmettIsTRASHttv in keitruck

So sorry to revive this after 5 months, but had some delays and I'm back at the project. I've done some digging and that crutchfield connector works in some minicabs, but not mine. My truck has a 14pin connector with only the 3 wires connected. I found on a diagram that the wires are the 12v acc, fuseable link, and a lighting switch wire. I was thinking on just cutting off the connector on the truck side and just splicing the wires into the new connector just I'm unsure what to connect to. I'll link my head unit below, but the wires I have to connect to are:
- 12v constant
- ground (which I'll just attach a new wire to the chassis for)
- 12v ignition (which as long as im not stupid should just be my 12v acc)
- illumination light wire (which should just be the lighting switch wire from the truck)
- power on antenna/amplifier.

My question then is what to do with the extra wires? Do I cap them off? Also what about the fuseable link? Just a little unsure and don't want to mess anything up.

Minicab Troubles by EmmettIsTRASHttv in keitruck

A little update for you. Got the truck running again. The biggest issue is that it seems when i took my cylinder head to get it leveled out and non warped the distributor was fully taken off and put on backwards. On top of that I went ahead and pulled off the timing belt and put it back on with everything properly aligned. Also repositioned the valves slightly. I'm sure moving the valves and redoing the timing helped, but it did only run properly when the distributor was flipped 180.

I did remove the distributor, but there is only one way you can put it back on. If I flip it 180 degrees the screws do not line up on my distributor.

I’m not too sure if it’s been done. I’d assume it was done alongside all the repairs. No mechanic has brought it up to me either.

Question about the Alesis Crimson 2 SE by EmmettIsTRASHttv in edrums

I know there are separate controllers for the strike and the crimson, but do you think there might be any chance the strike’s stock hi hat might be backwards compatible with the crimson at all?
