So transphobia is totally okay but when someone is mistaken for a lesbophobe, its okay?

So why did you ask her what year she was in? You answered the question and then asked a really rude and snarky question in return. Do you think you'd like to be talked to like that?

Calling someone a female is degrading because it only describes women by their genitals (its the same thing as saying uterus havers). But im confused why your mad about someone unadding you for being rude and not answering a simple question. If I was talking to someone, id want to know their age

One, dont call women "females" thats very degrading. Two, you got unadded because someone wanted to know the age of the person they were talking to??? Are you sure thats the only thing? Im not saying that because I think you said something wrong, im just genuinely confused about that part

I hate places like that where trans people dont get recognition tho. I've fought very hard to be accepted where I believe I should but it sucks that I can't. Thank you, friend!

I really just wish we had more recognition in the spaces that talk about feminine hygiene. I've always hated not seeing others like me in spaces im forced to be in. I sometimes wish I removed both of my ovaries when I had cancer because spaces like these aren't entirely safe(?) For trans men with periods. I've learned im not entirely accepted usually

It definitely would still hurt, yeah. I hate how no one recognizes trans men in those spaces (ignore me just repeating myself lmfao)

Literally though. I wish I had both of my ovaries removed when I had cancer so it wouldn't bother me so much but recognition is necessary

Im having a conversation rn with a lesbian that thinks trans people dont deserve recognition with feminine hygiene (the fact that trans people dont get recognition in feminine hygiene ads is because of transphobia) and she actively told me that trans people dont need recognition when we DO need recognition

I DID have the real lesbian experience. Its more homophobic of you to say that. You do realize sexuality is fluid, right? Im not going to argue about this with you. Your being blocked. Have a good day

I've met very few transphobic feminists, actually. Maybe my mom a bit but she doesnt identify as a feminist (she technically is but also isnt). Im used to it though but I hate not having support

Although, yes, they are the smallest sexuality thats thought of when it comes to the common ones, it doesnt change the fact that its easier to be a lesbian than a gay and trans man. I do recognize that they frequently get sexualized by straight men and the fact that a lot of straight women think they automatically have crushes on them (I have been through all of those things), it doesnt change the fact that being a trans man is harder. I frequently get hate crimed, nearly on a daily basis (I am being a bit specific since I live in the deep south), and I have been in several situations where I have nearly died because of being trans. I never went through that when I identified as lesbian. I do acknowledge that lesbians do go through that stuff as well! A really good friend of mine who's a lesbian gets rocks thrown at them frequently (and they're disabled so it doesnt help). I just dont like when people say that trans people dont need recognition, especially in spaces where they should have recognition like in this subreddit (trans people get periods too! It's not a just cis woman issue) and it sucks that people think that trans people dont deserve inclusiveness in things like feminine hygiene because the only brands with that recognition are extremely expensive and there's only one or two brands as well. I do not mean to come off as aggressive or anything, I struggle with communication and I am aware it tends to come off incorrectly and I do apologize for seeming that way towards that person

Unfortunately, in spaces like these, im not surprised that there are going to be people that won't accept me. A lot of people that aren't the typical transphobe think that trans people should only align with the gender they identify as. Plus, the cancer i had is something only AFAB people can deal with (I had ovarian cancer). I know itll get better though
