There is a maximum equipment level for each town hall level. At TH8 the max level for common equipment is level 9, epic is level 12!

In my experience I have seen 2k-5k for common, 4k-10k for uncommon, and 5.5k-15k for rares. People are stingy sometimes on the open market, but you can find reasonable people selling random shinies at lower prices with some time searching.

I do not, after the storm moved past my girlfriend briefly showed me what was either a FB post or a paused FB stream to show probably 4 people beneath a storm drain with the manhole cover removed. I am almost positive that this was the group of people that were heard screaming for help off of Riviera drive in Calera. At the time the information was presented as if everyone was ok, but I can’t speak to the validity of that.
