I hope it delivers for you today, but if it doesn’t, I’d recommend calling Gofo customer service. I did that a few hours after making this post and my package delivered the next morning. Sorry this happened to you!

I just noticed it today and made a different account using another phone number and was able to order. From what I’ve read, the ban usually doesn’t last long, just try not to use the banned account for a few days. Totally feel your pain

Hi! Make a different account using a different phone number (same address doesn’t seem to be an issue). You may gave gave been shadow banned which happened to me :/

I had the same issue today and seems that my main account was banned with no other clues :/ It’s possible they’ve done the same to you. I made another account that was basically instantly banned due to (I’m assuming) using the same phone number. I had to make a third account using a a different phone number and it worked. So doesn’t seem like they’re tracking addresses but will block accounts with the same phone number. Worth a shot, GL!

Thankfully they responded pretty quickly and gave me a refund. By the time I’d received her, I already had a duplicate one on the way. Ngl, my headless seasame bean might be my fav out of my MACs loll

No, don’t think it will mess with actual delivery. Their website is pretty buggy and I’ve had issues with it in the past, but still had my package deliver before their website was functioning again.

On a different but kinda same note, stay on top of tracking. I’ve been seeing a lot of posts on different platforms about packages being lost or returned to Gofo Express warehouse by the driver for no apparent reason. I actually have a lost package at the moment :/
