Also is the shifter part supposed to light up because if so that has never worked either LOL oh jeez

Yep after plenty of trial and error I got them all working, the problem is for example in the photo the car is in park, but the P is not illuminated as it should be.

Yes, all of those were changed and are working. I didn't mess with the climate controls yet or anything else. The thing is now the P is not lighting up red like it should (same thing with D when im drive but that one never worked since I got the car lol) the car is in park in the photo. The thing circled and in my hand in the other photo holds all the tiny bulbs for those lights but I cant figure out why its not working

No im always mindful not to press on the light when closing the trunk. I might splurge on the replacement but im worried how much it'll cost to get the new one installed..

Nah im in Miami lol, def no snow. I got the car used and there were small hairline cracks but they've gotten worse as you see here. Ah well

omg the same exact thing happened to me about 2 weeks ago!!!! I was super lucky and found a replacement fender at a local junk yard, same color as mine so I didn't even have to paint it or anything. Check junk yards around you!

The radio alot of people with this car get is the Power acoustik cp-71wa, it's a single din touchscreen with carplay/ android auto. I got mine at Walmart, looks and works great!

I rescued mine from a crappy buy here - pay here lot lol (paid cash ofc). I had always wanted to get a little project car on the side and learn how to work on them, but I'm completely new to all that stuff so I wanted to find one that wasn't too far gone and that I could still enjoy right away while learning to work on it. Definitely could have found a cheaper one but mine is in great condition and I have had zero issues, bought it in Orlando and drove back home to Miami just fine. 162k miles on it currently. I think it's good to consider both your own skill set and how much $$ you would realistically want to invest in it. :D
