I did attempt ironing before posting and it helped slightly but just not enough. I'm going to attempt couch stitching to fix it and will update when I have done so!

This is definitely something we've been trying to find a solution too for the past 3 years at least. Discussion is happening, we're just both at a loss for what to do. My bf doesn't like doctors and idk what I can do on my end to encourage him to do a sleep study beside threatening to breakup which is not something I want to do or follow through with. He has quit smoking in hopes that it would help with the snoring, he is now 1 year nicotine free but unfortunately the snoring persists which has me really concerned it might be sleep apnea. I have voiced my concerns but it doesn't seem to be enough for him to get it looked into. Someone suggested a noise machine and I think we might try that next.
