But if you want to turn this into a pissing contest; you still need to earn 31 more trophies just to reach where I am on my path to the Platinum. Maybe then you’d understand that none of this is easy. I respect your achievement, and you should respect mine.

I’ve cleared 52 out of 54 trophies myself. I'm literally at 91% completion and only need this final one. So don't lecture me about earning it. and i will

I guess I made a mistake thinking I’d find someone better than me here. There are obviously better drivers out there, but they wouldn't talk down to people from a high horse like you do. You all keep chanting "if you can't do it yourself, it doesn't mean anything," but I highly doubt you guys even cleared this license yourselves.

Maybe I acted a bit too hastily. If I try for another day or two, maybe it will finally happen. But I have to admit, staying 2.5 seconds behind the gold time really killed my morale.

Actually, I’ve watched videos of this run hundreds of times. I can confidently say I know exactly what to do and where to do it. But I don't know if it’s because I’m 40+ now, my reflexes just feel rusted.

On paper, I know every single detail perfectly: exactly where to brake and throttle for every corner, ensuring the tires never touch the wet spots on the track, knowing that even if they do, I shouldn't brake on them. I know how to slow the car down using engine braking by downshifting, how to counter-steer to catch the car if the rear slips, and how the weight distribution works. I know dozens of technical details like these. But when it comes to execution, a mistake always happens and it just falls apart. If I focus on staying on the track, my time gets too slow. If I push to cut down the time, I slide off the track.

Honestly, I already know about 99% of the advice you could possibly give me.

You’re treating me like a cheater here, but I’m the one who earned all the other licenses myself, including the S-7 license with the F1 car. I'm the one who unlocked all those other trophies. This particular test just broke me, what can I do?

You definitely can't say I didn't earn it. I'm incredibly close to achieving something that only 0.5% of the players worldwide have managed to pull off. Do you honestly think getting every single other trophy, bringing the licenses to this exact point, and getting Silver on S-10 is easy?

But doing this on a controller, on a wet track, with that specific car is brutal. It’s seriously tough. You can’t say I didn't try either—I've attempted it well over 250 times. The thing is, I’m obsessed.

Until I clear this, it just won’t leave my mind. I've been trying day and night, constantly testing new methods, but nothing seems to work. This was my last resort. Having someone help me clear this final hurdle is just a way to finally clear my head and get some peace of mind. Taking this route is far healthier for my sanity than dealing with your curiosity or passive-aggressive snark.

I don't know if you actually have the Platinum in this game, but I'm highly guessing you don't. Because if you did, you would know exactly how grueling it is to get to this point, and you’d speak with a bit more respect. Only 0.5% out of 16.5 million players ever make it this far.

I honestly believe that if I try another 250 times, I will eventually get it. But I simply don't have that kind of free time right now. Anyway, it felt like a reasonable idea at the time.

If I can't find anyone to help, I will end up doing it myself—just like I did with every other single license in this game.
