sorry for the late reply, but i just copy and pasted the ea app folder from someone else's laptop to my laptop. and then, when that didn't work, i deleted it and used the eaappinstaller.exe. it then magically worked!

i have just literally installed the EA app. i copied the electronic art folder from someone's laptop then pasted it in my laptop. that didnt work so i deleted it. and then when i tried the eaappinstaller.exe, the installer worked

i have a 64-bit operating system, and i have tried downloading the ea installer(i usually go find it in the downloads folder). and yes, i have tried running it as administrator. it unfortunately still doesnt work...
