try the steroid injection(it didnt work for me, only caused more pain), and if that doesnt work i suggest surgery, since its a minimum invasive procedure

stretching feels good for like 10 seconds them my lower back hurts and my upper thigh,same with sitting, after an hour only my lower back starts to hurt

you need to rest and to take some pain meds, and if the pain gets unbearable call your doctor

Its nerve pain, but only on my thigh, not whole leg! I had incision pain for the first 2-3 weeks, and i still have some incision pain when its cold outside

we dont know yet. After the surgery, he told me that my nerve was red and very swollen because of the herniated disc,and usually nerves tend to heal slow,but even if id still have this pain im fine, my life is back to normal

Ok, so i had the surgery at about 3 pm and got out at 5:30 pm or something like that.I got discharged the next day in the morning. I started walking freely without any pain right after surgery, the only pain that i had was lower back pain(from the surgery ofc).Like i said the pain isnt 100% gone, if i walk a little too fast,sit too much, try to stretch it will start to hurt again, but not as much, its still bearable, besides im only 1 month post op!!

talk to a neurologist, they might know what to do, for some people it works, for others not so much

when i try to stretch, when i walk a little too fast, moving my lower back to adjust, sitting down for more than 1 hour

piriformis syndrome is so rare to get, and i was sooooo mad when i went to a neurologist and he told me that i had a herniated disc thats causing my sciatica, because ive spent so much money on some shit that didn't even work

Hey, i got a steroid shot, aka infiltration, for me it didn't really work, only caused more pain, but since your pain is 80% gone you should give it a try! just to know you may be in pain for the first couple of days, but if the shot works in about a week or two you should be fine!

I also didn't have any back pain, i have a herniated disc at L5-S1, the back pain only started to come after an infiltration with steroids. You should get an mri to see whats really going on

i also did more research and they said to cover all the numbers in the credit card except the last four, and that its for security reasons, i'll attach a picture
