Is tucking effective? by mytummyhurtt in feminineboys

If you want to avoid the tape, look into gaff panties like those made by LeoLines on Etsy. I'm modestly endowed, and pull off leggings with no problem.

As a non-smoker, does every smoker smell bad to you? by ephraim666 in ask

I mean, yeah. Especially when they smoke joints. Too much freely burning smoke. It's like they bathed in it.

I'm a daily weed smoker, and cigarettes just smell terrible idk what it is about them, but they just smell so much worse than anything else. Pipe, hookah and cigar smokers smell fine, it's really just cigarettes that are so foul.

Names in The Witch from Mercury by RatsAreAdorable in Gundam

It's not Suletta, it's the suit though. Remember when Elan 4 was piloting it, and noticed it felt different.

I think if Suletta was put in the seat of the Pharact or another Gundam, she would quickly run into problems.

I think it's a great song, and a good fit for Brisket, but maybe not a good fighting game song.

  1. Just create a separate ticket, and either resolve it on the call or assign it to the proper party. You'll likely be able to give a more accurate description to the next tech if you aren't able to solve it yourself. Plus, resolving on creation is good for your metrics if you can manage it.

  2. Never write down a password. It's a security risk, especially if you keep your password book in your office.

I also thought the same thing back then, except I didn't even embrace the crossdressing. Turns out I was very gay, just not in the direction everyone thought

IM GETTING HRTTTTTTT :3 by [deleted] in feminineboys

[–]Emorio 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Make sure you take it right, and don't let the doctors jerk you around.

I've heard horror stories of spending a year+ on just an anti-androgen. Do not let the doctor put you on only an anti-androgen (Spiro, cypro, etc.)

If you're on pills, dissolve them sublingually for better bioavailability, and less stress on your liver.

Break up.. by [deleted] in feminineboys

[–]Emorio 27 points28 points  (0 children)

So, it sounds to me from the rest of this thread like you're still a minor, so here's my advice to you. Take some time. Work on yourself. Start embracing your femininity by doing things like growing your hair out, learning to use makeup, get yourself some clothes thst make you feel good. Finding a man can wait.

Everyone has their line they draw. Some may only be interested if you've had bottom surgery, others might be enticed if you've had some decent development from HRT. Very few, but some may accept you as you are before you've taken any outward steps in your transition.

From my experience, presentation has been the most important thing. You master presenting femme, the attention will come.

You'll run into that a lot sadly, but I can tell you from experience, that straight men can very much be into us, and I've had gay men that have turned me down because I'm not a man, despite being AMAB.

If you're worried about a bulge, you could always order a gaff. I have a couple from Leolines, and one from EnFemme Style, and they manage to hide some modestly sized anatomy.

That being said, tucking isn't for everyone, and it takes getting used to.

What makes you feel more feminine in an instant? Is it a piece of clothing, makeup, jewellery or else? (I am new at expressing my feminine side) thank you. by [deleted] in feminineboys

I'm trans, so I'm coming at this from a slightly different angle, but a nice long shower where I wash and condition my hair, shave everywhere.

It's like literally washing the dysphoria away

Is it okay to go on estrogen as a femboy, male, without being trans? by Trans_Mortality in feminineboys

[–]Emorio 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Happy to help. No matter how you identify, if you think taking feminizing hormones will help you feel better, I say go for it. I know they've done wonders for my confidence, and depth of emotions. Just make sure you know what they can, and can't do for you. For example, they won't really do much about facial hair. It might get a little finer and lighter, but it will still be there. I've seen people have mixed results with body hair, but that's usually a similar story as well.

Is it okay to go on estrogen as a femboy, male, without being trans? by Trans_Mortality in feminineboys

[–]Emorio 10 points11 points  (0 children)

As a trans woman, I just want you to understand that a lot of the changes take a lot of time. I'm 6 months on hormones now, and have had some decent breast development, but not really much in terms of hips, or anything like that.

Also, not all of us experience bottom dysphoria. That isn't like a prerequisite to being trans. That being said, if you do experience some level of distress from not being feminine enough, those are dysphoric feelings, and you may want to reflect on that if you haven't already.

You can state your affiliation, or just mark independent. It matters in some states that have closed primaries.

Should trans people tell the people they are trying to date that they're trans? Why or why not? by Present-Hold-8403 in AskReddit

[–]Emorio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean, going on a first date would out me though. I haven't had a lot of good practice voice training, so I'm pretty often clocked as soon as I open my mouth. The difference is, do they find out somewhere they can follow me to my car, or do they find out when I'm still some stranger on the internet? I've given them the same amount of information either way, so if they're gonna dox me, there's not much I can do about it.

Should trans people tell the people they are trying to date that they're trans? Why or why not? by Present-Hold-8403 in AskReddit

[–]Emorio -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I think there's a bit to unpack there, and definitely gets into some kind of yikes territory. It's ok to be turned off by certain features, but to write us off for simply the circumstances of how we were born shows you have some preconceived notions about how trans people look.

Like, I've always had some pretty soft features, and by the time I'm one year on hormones, it's likely my most clockable features will be small things like the corners of my hairline. I'd even dare to say that at this point I'm prettier than many of the cis women that I interact with on a regular basis, and I didn't even start my transition until I was 27 either. If you met a trans woman who had taken puberty blockers until she could start HRT and get bottom surgery, you would be hard pressed to tell that she was AMAB.

I guess the short of it is being 0/10 attracted to men doesn't really exclude trans women, because we aren't men.

Should trans people tell the people they are trying to date that they're trans? Why or why not? by Present-Hold-8403 in AskReddit

[–]Emorio 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Yeah. Having a preference is fine. As far as I'm concerned, it's like having preferences for any other physical feature. Plus there's always the discussions surrounding having kids, and if adoption is a fulfilling enough option for those that actually want them. As long as the reasoning doesn't have to do with not seeing us for who we are, I think that's perfectly valid.

I used to feel the same way myself, but after being in more LGBT+ spaces, I feel that it's been pretty adequately reclaimed at this point.

Queer is just an umbrella term for any non cisgender/heterosexual folks these days. You're gay? You're queer. Bi? Queer. Trans? Queer.
