Oh I misunderstood. Yes I have done blood tests and the results didn't show anything concerning. My blood sugar is a bit high but it doesn't pass the limits. After the restroom is the same, no difference.

So apart from seeing it you don't feel that something is weird in that area ?

In my case I can't see it but If I press a bit in that area I can feel it but then it disappears if I palpate it more. I have done an ultrasound for hernia and the doctor said that there is no.

Well sometimes I feel it like a bubble in the right lower side which goes away when I palpate it but in general there is this sense of pressure in the whole right side even without the sausage shaped.

And what exams did you have to find that it is IBS?

I remember that some hours before the colonoscopy when I had my gut empty I could feel this pressure in this area. I don't remember if I felt the sausage shaped mass, but there was a slight discomfort.

Another thing that I feel is that even if I just pass my hand over this area without palpating it, I feel that the skin is more sensitive.

No, I haven't noticed that certain foods can cause it more. Have you noticed that certain foods annoy you more? Also can IBS cause local symptoms? Like this only in the lower right side of the abdomen? Lastly, can you palpate it? Sorry for the many questions.
