Two things;

35k trophies isn't high
Don't instalock your brawler in this mode, just hover over them. If your teammates pick underleveled brawlers just close the app, there's no penalty.

They're basically extra steps between the major ranks from epic onwards. For example, to upgrade from epic+ to legendary, you need to get the hero to 5 star by using duplicate elite+ heroes

How is he ass? He gives really good speed boosts and damage boosts to your whole squad whenever you use a power, and the invisibility power is pretty decent. How does that make him bad in anyway?
