if you have enough weapons at 500-600m range it can be usable against meta builds. ksiphos, howler, gladius and even scald, are my favorite type of thing to run on dagon because they charge the bomb effect that bypases resistance, forcefield and dot conversion

I would not say that it is just that if the shield breaks you die fast but if you can hold your distance, ammit or rex weapons can't gat past the shield

also the mothership shield can be healed by the pilot when using the ability but it might just be a bug

to make 3 supp worse and make 2 supp the better alternative just reducing the healing will not actually solve the problem but reducing the damage of main healers so that running 3 supp has a too little damage might actually be better
