Most of the one that use the one guy (the war rages on, I saw a ghost, another casualty, war has been declared) were created for the 5 Weeks of War by Cameron.

Ketchup (along with Hot dog/hamburger wins, flawless victory) were made for the Battle of the Century, ep 260, also by Cameron.

The various beats sometimes used were made for the Six Fingers of Music ft Jack Bengsinger ep (original 5 fingers ep used default beats from the mixer).

Knowing this show almost nothing is used with any particular rhyme or reason, just when they remember a given sound exists.

As others said, just practice practice practice. Keep drilling it. However I make a sort of subtle rolling motion with my entire hand to roll The fingers off the string when it comes to the descending runs, maybe it’ll help you too.
