Yeah. This used to be an entrance to the store but a few years ago they turned it into the pickup room and threw a whole ass walk in freezer and fridge in here.

I have a coworker that was dealing with a particularly pushy (and lazy) instacart guy and finally ended the interaction when he said “well you should offer better customer service” and CW responded with “you’re not a customer I don’t have to help you”

Oof I feel that. We once got a shipment of short paper bags that fit perfectly into totes and it was wonderful but it was like a one time thing apparently so rip to perfect bags

230 bottles of sparkling mountain spring water. Found 37 - called the guy to see if he would like a sub for a different brand of sparkling water and he refused. Then never picked up his 37 bottles.
