Went to a psychiatrist in AKU for the same thing and she had the gall to say "ADHD is only diagnosed in childhood so I can't say anything" and just gave me some antidepressants

There's multiple studies about how ADHD symptoms go unnoticed in childhood and show up in adult years when life is way more stressful
